Devin Panzeca

Combine Director

Devin Panzeca was once a participant in the Pre Draft Combine. His career as a player led him through Canada, the United States, and Europe. From Tier III to Junior A, Junior B, and the NAHL, Panzeca gained a wealth of experience along his journey. After a COVID-shortened NCAA career, Devin went on to play professionally in Europe for a few years. Now, he has come full circle and is back where he started, ready to share his insights with players and parents alike.

Neil Liston

Combine Director

Neil Liston has been collaborating with players at the AAA, NAHL, NCDC, and professional levels for almost two decades. As a certified coach and highly-regarded talent evaluator, Liston contributes an extensive range of experience to the Pre Draft Combine.

Mike Stanaway

Combine Director

Mike Stanaway has been working closely with players on and off the ice for nearly two decades. As a coach, he has assisted hundreds of players in transitioning to college hockey. In his role as the Women's Director of NCSA, he has been directly responsible for providing hundreds more women with the opportunity to play hockey at the university level.

Tomasz Baldys

Combine Director

Tomasz Baldys has served as a professional hockey General Manager in Europe for thirteen years. His collaboration with the IIHF on international events and his role in hosting these events have allowed him to establish a network for advancing players globally. Known for developing players and teams, he has contributed to multiple Championship seasons throughout his career.

Joseph Kolodziej

Founder

Joseph Kolodziej founded the Pre Draft Combine in 2002, and his career has spanned nearly three decades. With experience working alongside NHL, AHL, ECHL, European Pro, NCAA, USHL, Major Junior, NAHL, NCDC, and Canadian Junior A and B teams, it is no wonder the Pre Draft Combine continues to attract so many attendees. However, 2024 will mark the final season in which Kolodziej will make an appearance at all Pre Draft Combine events as he approaches semi-retirement.
